Subscription QuestionsWhat is an Eventful user?You can think of application users as back-office users. They have access to Eventful to manage events and attendees. The company administrator creates other users and can assign various roles to limit user capabilities. What are active events?Put simply, active events are events that attendees can register for. Once you flag an event as archived, attendees can no longer register. Also, credit cards cannot be charged or refunded. What are base attendees for each subscription plan?Each subscription plan has a base number of attendees for each event. This is the number of attendees that can attend your event without having to purchase additional blocks of attendees. Is the attendee count the number of people I invite, or the number of people that register?We consider an attendee to be registered for the event. You can invite as many people as you like. The attendee count is only for people who register. |
